In this case, Factica began implementing a digital platform with a comprehensive roadmap covering all applications, starting in August 2024 with the specific customizations required by Almaviva.
The implementation plan includes the following intelligent applications: Pricing, Operations (imports, exports, ground transportation, and multimodal operations), Document Management, Tracking, Settlements, and integrations with SAP systems and shipping lines.

Since go-live in late 2024, AlmaViva reports high satisfaction with 100% of requested functionality delivered. By running their business knowledge directly, without data training, they accelerated their roadmap and, in 2025, expanded the platform with new intelligent apps.
